The Strengthening Pediatric Medical Home Preparedness Illinois Pilot, in partnership with Lurie Children’s Hospital and the American Academy of Pediatrics, aims to enhance disaster readiness among healthcare providers statewide—ensuring high-quality care for children during emergencies. Through targeted education and resources, the program supports pediatric medical homes in improving institutional preparedness and provider confidence.
